DESIGN SUPPORT TOOLING, MOLDS, DIES, JIGS, AND FIXTURES: computer
aided design and manufacturing, concurrent engineering, handling fixtures and
equipment, build configuration control, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing
tooling and fixtures, process development and planning, productability reviews,
production control and project scheduling.
HARDWARE AND MATERIAL TYPES: composite, ground support equipment,
flight development and qualification, metallic, mock-ups, nonmetallic, plastic,
propulsion piping systems, rubber, special metals, thermal, wood.
MACHINING: CNC and conventional lathes and milling, EDM, engraving, grinding,
honing, lapping, and cutting.
SHEET METAL: forming, hole punching, riveting, rolling, shear, bending, wire slings
WELDING: Certified to NAVSEA S9074-AR-GIB-010/278 Fabrication Welding and
Inspection, and Casting Inspection and Repair for Machinery, Piping, and Pressure
Vessels.
PAST EXPERIENCE: NASA; MSFC, FASTRAC system, (we received the 2000
Objective Award for working with the FASTRAC Engine Development Team).
